Early Morning!!!

Morning came early today as I awakened to the sound of the telephone ringing at 5:45am in my sleeping room. Sure enough, Little Bug was in significant distress and the respitory team was making the preparations to put the breathing tube in. After talking with the doctor on the phone they decided to give Connor a chance to settle down instead of making a rash decision. After I arrived in his room, he calmed down a bit and he squeaked by, once again, not getting the breathing tube inserted. He is skating a very fine line. His X-rays are showing a bit of haziness on the right side, which could possibly be a bacterial pnemonia. They aren't committing to anything yet, but that is what they suspect. He is quite puffy today and breathing really fast. I am waiting to talk with the docs after rounds to see what the plan is going to be for Little Bug.

I will update more once I have information. Please say a prayer for Randy today as he is at the squadron doing a check ride on the C-17. He takes off at 11:00am and will be up in the air for about 4 hours. He has studied and prepared properly so I know he'll pass with "flying colors" HA HA!!!! Go get 'em honey.....Show 'em what you're made of!!!! Little Bug and I are praying for you to do great!!!!

Lovebug Hugs,
Lori

Lori,

WE ARE PRAYING!!

Oma was just here a few days ago & gave us this most adorable picture of Connor while we were camping! I will send you one.

Praying for Randy too today.....stay focused big brother...we love you!

Thankful to hear about your Dr. apt for #2! Keep us posted!

Love Always, Teresa & family.

P.S. At church yesterday Chelly, the pastors wife, said a few things but what I remember most is that she said "Don't ever forget that we serve a BIG GOD." Keep the faith. We are.

Lori, What a roller coaster ride you have been on. You are amazing! I am currently doing a Beth Moore study called, "Living Beyond Yourself." As I listened to Beth's first video segment I was challenged to live life with the Lord in such a way that the fruit of the Spirit would be displayed miraculously. Honestly, I thought of you as I studied this last week. God is walking you through a situation you never dreamed it would be possible to walk through. He is asking you to "live beyond yourself" through his power. You are doing so beautifully and gracefully. Hold on. Keep your hope.
Lord, be with Randy today as he flies. Give him wisdom, recall, and the ability to fly at his best. Please be with Lori. Renew the flame of hope within her heart. May her moments of rest be as hours and her fears be calmed to complete peace. Touch Connor with your ever present hand of healing. Hold him. Soothe his pain. Be his very breath each second of his life. May the doctors have wisdom and direction that comes directly from your heart and mind. Thank you!

I love you all!

Jesus please reach down and touch this little guy and help his breathing to not be so labored, give Randy & Lori supernatural peace right now and help Randy to pass his test with "Flying" colors! AMEN!!
