We did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, it's official............We broke the record for Little Bug's number of days at home. Three weeks and two days and counting!!!!!!!!! We had a follow-up appt. at Children's Hospital today and Connor got a lot of kudos for staying healing and looking great. His Pulmonologist, Dr. Carter says that he won't have to come back for a lung appt. for 6 months!!!!!!! Praise the Lord for continued answered prayers and great news!!!!!!!!!!!

Tonight we decided to take the Christmas things out of storage and get started on transforming our home into a Christmas wonderland. We got our living room tree up and now it just needs to be decorated. Lots to do, but what fun it is to do it with Little Bug in his bouncy seat watching with wonder at what he sees. We have pictures, but I will probably post them tomorrow.

This pregnant Mama is tired and my back is a bit achy, so ta ta and fa la la la la la la la la!!!!!!!!!!! (that must be sung for the full effect....hee hee!!!!!)

Lovebug Hugs from the record setting Robertsons!!!!!!!!

Oh Randy and Lori and Connor and little tiny baby there are not words to even say or put on paper what is in our hearts as dad and mom and grandpa and grandma.

As I think back over these last month's the words and the picture's speak very loud for the journey of Connors almost eleven months here with us. His life has taught us all how to trust and many times I haven't done that very well. He is LIVING up to the meaning of his name a stronghold of God. Yesterday when I was taking care of him, he was laying on the bed and when I was changing him he was looking so intently at the picture of Jesus with the little children as if he had a connection that he only understood. We probably will never know of his encounters with the angels that have watched over him and gave him that fight that gave him strength to be such a little overcomer. Randy and Lori you also have had a strength that has been given to you to be the best daddy and mama to Connor. If you could only see the great cloud of witnesses that have yelled encouragement in the early morning hours when you really felt all alone. God Knows and He cares beyond are own thoughts.
There's a verse in Psalms 126:3 that says: The Lord has done great things for us; we are glad. Oh thank you Lord for what You have done.
May the Lords arms wrap you in a huddle and just hold you to Himself. We love you so very much to the moon and back again (:
love dad and mom and grandpa and grandma m xoxoxoxo

As I read your mom and dad's post tonight I was reminded of the picture the Lord gave me for you Lori - that you like Mary would keep all these things to yourself, holding them dear, deep within yourself - only as a Mother can understand and ponder. The deep revelation from God himself, the strength to carry many hard things and memories of struggle and pain and yet great joy - abundant joy coming from the very throne of God. I'm sure there were times that Mary thought she could hardly bear it and yet God bore her up on eagles wings and sheltered her in the shadow of His wings. He has done the same for you and your little family and will continue. We celebrate with you and will keep praying for your entire family, especially little Connor.

Happy Days for you LIttle man, Oh Connor you truly are special, just like my little man, special gifts to us from Our Father Above, entrusted into our Care for us to share His love with and teach His Word and express His Love to you. Tears fill my eyes, when I think of how God has trusted me enough to give me my son Kenny such a special boy in my life, Oh Connor, he is such an active little boy, I know that as you get older and become more active, Kenny would love to show you the ropes. He has to take medicine to calm him down though, and medicine to make him sleep at night, but that is o.k. he can be a very happy little boy, and he loves Jesus very very much. He shares Jesus with a little boy at his school, and I know that when you get to be a big boy, that when you go to school, you will share Jesus with your classmates as well. Tell mommy and daddy we love them too, and you have a wonderful week o.k. Love bug hugs to you all! Darina

We are all so thankful that the Robertson home is filled with Happiness & Laughter for Christmas and always. Congrats on passing the mark and keeping that precious little bug at home!! Mom calls me several times each day to check for updates. She and dad are doing well. Lori, you have inspired us to keep a blog on Eddie to follow his journey and Conner has inspired and encouraged us in our Faith. Oh yes, Randy and Abbey are cool too!!! Can't wait to come to Washington to meet Connor and the wee bitty bug also. We look forward to seeing those Holiday pictures soon??
