Recent Visit With Friends.....And.........

A pre-Christmas visit with good friends & neighbors, Duke and Shawn. The visit proved to be a big hit with Little Bug....Duke put him right to sleep in his arms and it was ever so precious to watch!!! Aaaahhhh!! (By the way, I get the feeling Connor would love more visits like this!!)

And...........Truth be told, they were in on a big surprise with Randy for over 3 weeks. They housed our family Christmas present that was a HUGE surprise to Lori!!!!!!!! Wow, we've entered the world of the Family-Mobile!!!!!!


Here it is...............We are the proud owners of a minivan!!!!!!!! WHOHOO!!!!!!!!! It is so much nicer getting Connor in and out of the van. We had been looking for quite a few months, but Mama had no idea that Daddy had took the plunge!!!! Thanks sweetheart for the most extravagent and practical of gifts for our growing family......I promise to fill every seat.......Actually, I think that's a promise "We" have to make right???? Hey, isn't this an 8 passenger.....Yikes, what did I just promise!!!!!!

Christmas Photos............

Wow....So this is Christmas???????? I hope my Daddy and Mama find me in here.....What if they pass me out to the wrong person????? I sure hope my Daddy and Mama will get me because I have a special present for them.....(if you know what I mean...HEE HEE!!!)


Yeah, Daddy and Mama found me!!!!!!!!!! We had so much fun up in Ferndale at one of my Christmas celebrations. I got to see my Grandpa and Grandma Robertson and all 14 of my uncles and aunts and I think there were 18 cousins there too.......It was a lot of fun!!!!!


I love it that my Daddy can't keep his lips off of me. I hope he doesn't know that I'm spoiled, but I think he may be catching on......Yikes.....what am I going to do????? (Seeking advice from all spoiled children throughout the world on how to keep this good deal going!!!! Please reply in the comment section below, thanks...HA HA)

Here I am in the kitchen with Mama and Aunt Kathy, Uncle Les and cousin Erica. We were all standing close by the turkey to get the first taste. I think the itty bitty baby inside of Mama really wanted turkey because we couldn't pry her away from the kitchen once that turkey was done. Thanks Pastor Mike for making such a yummy treat!!!


Look at me.......I know my hair looks funny, but Mama doesn't know what to do about that....So look at this bassinet that I'm in.....It's over 75 years old. My Grandma R. slept in it and all my great uncle's and aunt's and also all of my regular uncle's and aunt's (even daddy) and all my cousins......What a treat it was to lay down in this treasure. I couldn't stay in it long though, because I'm actually getting too big for it. When I tried to fall asleep my hands and arms kept bapping on the sides and it woke me up....So, off to the crib I went, but we had to get pictures of me in the antique bassinet. Thanks for saving it for me Grandma R.


Oh my goodness, I seriously don't know why Mama thinks it's so cute to put me in outfits with ears??? Doesn't she know that I have my own super cute ears???? Oh well, I guess I'll just have to indulge her for the moment. But here's the deal, once I turn 1 year old (which is just 11 days away) I will have to lay down the law and tell her to dress me in only big boy clothes!!! I hope she listens to me!!!


Christmas day must be over because I'm pooped (in more ways than one!!!) I love to snuggle and fall asleep at the end of a very fun day!!!!

Ok, Ok......More Pictures Are On The Way......

We have been celebrating Christmas at all of our families homes from Ferndale to Tacoma and we just made it home last night. We are all tired, but I promise to post Christmas pictures later on today. But for now I will say that we had a wonderful time celebrating Connor's first Christmas!!! What a miracle that we have our Little Bug to hold and to love this holiday season. We are all anxious to enter into 2007 with renewed hope and a renewed spirit of healing for Connor. I will sign off for now and we will post pictures this evening!!!

HO HO HO......Little Bug's In The Tub With Daddy!!!

Getting cleaned up for Christmas Eve service is fun fun fun when I'm playin' in the tub with Daddy!!!!!!!!!!!!! I enjoyed my first bath in a big tub tonight!!!!!!!!! Daddy even lit candles.....I think he thought Mama was going to join us......She said, "NO NO NO......This belly of mine would cause a tidlewave!!!" So, Daddy and I got all soaped up and now everybody's clean!!!!

Oh My Goodness, Oh My Stars..Connor's Turned Into A Bag of Spuds!!!!!!!

Can you believe it??????? After so many months of worrying that Little Bug would never gain any weight, we have a 20lb "Bug Spud" on our hands!!!!!!!!!! Yep, that's right, 20 whopping pounds!!!! Our Little Bug Spud is quite a lug now!!! I guess we're going to have to put him on Slim Fast, right???? Oh, maybe it would help if I tappered off the Egg Nog for a while, huh??? HA HA!! Today when Connor got his synagist shot (for RSV) his pediatrician couldn't believe how GREAT he looked!!! We have to agree, he is much cuter than these two bags of spuds but just as heavy!!!! We are all busy getting ready for Little Bug Spud's 1st Christmas and we couldn't be happier that we are all at home and we are ALL healthy and able to spend this special time of year with all of our families!!!! As you go about the last minute details to your Christmas celebrations, please don't forget to say prayers for all of those children who are ill and in the hospital. Our hearts truly go out to all the kiddo's at Children's Hospital and to their families. May greater health be known by all in this miracle season. Please say special prayers for our pal Casey. He was discharged on the 15th to go back home to Idaho, but was life-flighted back to Children's yesterday. We are awaiting word on his condition, but please pray!!!

Little Bug's Christmas Tree Ornaments....

Last year Little Bug's ornament was a pregnant mama holding a pickle and an ice cream cone in her hand.....(Luckily I never had that craving!!!!)


This year Little Bug's ornament is a reflection of our journey this year........A medical journey, so we found a baby pair of scrubs that has 2006 enscribed on the pocket. This not only makes us remember all of the medical procedures Connor has had this year, but also the Doctor's and Nurses that so carefully cared for and loved our precious Little Bug!!!!!

Daddy & Mama Are Reminiscing...Aaaahhhhhh!!!!

Little Bug last year on January 13th when we arrived home from the hospital we took pictures of Connor in a little sleigh that his cousins all had their pictures taken in when they were little itty bitty babies.....Although this is Connor's 1st Christmas he did get to have his picture taken by the tree last year in January and now we are reveling in how tiny he was. Hopefully we will rig up a way to take his picture this year in or around the sleigh so we can compare his size. Oh how cute he is...........

Little Bug's 1st Christmas Party at Daddy squadron at McChord AFB. This is Connor with Princess Morgan's Dad-dee!!! We just missed Morgan and her Mommy and we were all so sad. We did get to meet lots of Flyin' guys and their families and even the squadron commander!!


Ok, we're home from the party at Daddy's squadron and Mama put this crazy hat on me to keep my ears warm.......Daddy and Mama were just giggling and saying how cute I am......I don't know why they do this stuff to me........

Windy Day Smiles.....

Hi everybody..........I'm having a fun day playing with my toys while Mama is baking Christmas cookies!!!! It's pretty windy around here. We had 50-60 mile per hour gusts of wind at my house. We even lost part of our fence on two sides!!!!!!!!! Yikes, Daddy is gonna be busy!!!!!!


I'm looking at all the Christmas Tree lights and they sure are pretty around here. Ok, here goes....I'm blowing everyone a Christmas kiss!!!!! Smooches are great aren't they? I get lots of them so I just had to share a few with all of you.

Bye, Bye Nasty Comb-Over Hair.....My First Haircut!!!!!

Before, I had nasty comb-over hair and looked a bit like the Grinch or Woody Woodpecker......


Then, Mama cut lots of my hair off............(Daddy says I just lost all of my powers.........yikes!!!)


Now, I have my first official military hairdo!!!!!!!!!! I look so cute......(Sorry for the blurry picture.....you can be assured there will be more to follow!!!!!!!!)

I know it was a little late but my Daddy was gone so we had our family Thanksgiving Dinner last night and what a spread it was...........I couldn't wait to sink my gums into it but...........


Abbey said NO!!!!! She told me that I was too little so she was gonna eat mine for me!!!!!!!!! She said she would tell me how it all tastes later........


So can you believe it............Daddy and Mama gave my turkey dinner to Abbey our dog!!!!! And she even got to eat off of Mama's fine china!!!!!!!!!! I think that's ridiculous!!!!!!!!


Looks like Daddy ate too much again and got a little sleepy.....me too!!!!!!!!! I'm not quite sure about this picture though, I think Woody Woodpecker (some bird that Mama always says I look like) must have flown in and took my place in this picture.....I think I better tell Mama to cut my hair soon!!!!!!!!!
