Day of Prayer for Little Bug!!!!!!

Sweet Little Bug sleeping peacefully a week ago.

The time has come to officially call for a day of prayer for Little Bug. Would you please join with us and the whole blogging family tomorrow, May 15th for a full day of prayer? It is going to be a big day for Connor on Monday. He is scheduled for 3 different procedures and after that the doctor's will be compiling information and hopefully coming up with some answers. Tomorrow, I believe, will be a day for wisdom to be unleashed on this hospital staff in regards to Connor's health. Beginning at 8am and continuing for 24 hours let us pray, pray, pray!!!! We will lay out a fleece before the Lord and ask him to intervene on Connor's behalf. I believe that with the whole army of God believing and praying in one accord, the strongholds of confusion and lack of direction will be broken.

It has been on the minds of many of you bloggers and family members for a while now, so let tomorrow be the day that the Spirit of God will fall upon this situation with Connor and a fresh healing wind would blow through this place. Please read the comments in this section and look for specific prayer directions from Auntie Maureen. Thank you Maureen for feeling the burden to place specific direction into our prayer time. If the Lord would call you to fast for Connor, please be willing to answer that call. We would love to know that you are praying and at what specific times you will be interceeding on your behalf. I know that the Lord will honor this 24 hour time period and I believe He will answer our cries for help. Thank you family of God for responding on your knees for Little Bug.

Lovebug Hugs,
Lori

You can count on me praying tomorrow about 1:30. I will close the door to my bedroom & physically get down on my knees to pray. Doesn't it say that in the Bible to go off by yourself as to not let any of the "world" around you distract you. I know in this age today we tend to do "drive by prayer but tomorrow will be nothing else but for all 3 of you. We love you. Teresa & Family

Randy & Lori,
I am praying now & will continue throughout the day - specifically for those things listed. I will also be praying at 9:00am, 11:00am, 2:00pm. As our familiy sits down to dinner, we will take a few minutes there as a family to pray for Conner, the doctors, and both of you! I will pray again at 10:30 Pm. Those are the specific times I will set aside, but also throughout the day or night as the Spirit leads. It is an honor to pray on your behalf & believe that this will be a turning point for little bug!

Love, Lisa

Lori you are truly a remarkable young woman. We will be praying through out the day for God to move as only He can through the doctors and in all ways for the good of your little lovebug Connor. I will forward on to others to take up the mantle as well and I'm believing for a great report, as we see God work through the prayers of His people. We do know that prayer is powerful and prayer changes things and causes the enemy to tremble. May your spirit soar today as you are bathed in the prayers that are going up for you throughout this 24 hr. period.

"Is there anyplace I can go to avoid your Spirit?
to be out of your sight?
If I climb to the sky, you're there!
If I go undergrund, you're there!
If I flew on the morning's wings
to the far western horizon,
You'd find me in a minute-
you're already there waiting!
Then I said to myself, 'Oh, he sees me in the dark!
At night I'm immersed in the light!'
It's a fact: darkness isn't dark to you;
night and day, darkness and light, thy're all the same to you.

Oh yes, you shaped me first inside, then out;
you formed me in my mother's womb.
I thank you, High God-You're breathtaking!
Body and soul, I am marvelously made!
I worship in adoration-what a creation!
You know me inside and out,
you know every bone in my body;
You know exactly how I was made, bit by bit,
how I was sculpted from nothing into something.
Like an open book, you watched me grow from conception to birth;
all the stages of my life were
spread out before you,
The days of my life all prepared
before I'd even lived one day.

Your thoughts-how rare, how beautiful!
God, I'll never comprehend them!
I couldn't even begin to count them-
any more than I could count the sand of the sea.
Oh, let me rise in the morning and live always with you!"

Dan and I will be praying this day for healing, strength, and wisdom! Look to the hills from whence cometh your help - help is on it's way! Psalm 139 makes it abundantly clear that God created Connor in the secret place - he will heal him in the secret place. Life is in His hands and in His hands we trust! We join our faith with yours today! Blessed Be the Name of the Lord...

Lori; just logged on to your blog from Sunday at work. Please know I will be in constant prayer throughout the day for little bug.
I'll be making frequent trips down the hall to the restroom (the only place around here that there is any privacy) I'm going to try to have special prayer every hour on the half hour for all of you and the doctors who will be doing these procedures, but aside from that you will be on my heart and in my prayers constantly during the day. I can only imagine how heart wrenching it must be for you to see your little guy have to go through all this and how hard for Randy to be away at this time. I'll pray God's special protection on him also as I know his job requires him to be very alert while flying and with his heart there with you that will be difficult. Your Mother's Day message was so beautiful. I know before Connor was born God searched the world over to find just the right parents for him. God knew he would have special problems and needs and wanted the very best for him to provide all the love and support he would need. So in His wonderful wisdom he chose you where he knew Connor would be received with love from two wonderful parents and a large family of support, besides all the blogging family who came along side to support you all. You have touched so many lives of people who don't even know you. I called our church to put you once again on the prayer chain and also my son Randy's church in Fullerton. So now a whole new church family will be holding you up. Love you JoAnn

Dearest Lori,

You gave me the very best Mother's Day present yesterday!!! You blessed me by letting me SNUGGLE, HUG and SHOWERS KISSES all over our SWEET LITTLE BUG!!!
I Love him sooooooo much.

We will be praying all day for little Conner. We pray that through all these different tests today that the doctor's have wisdom to see what direction they need to go to help our little bug.

Lori, as we left the hospital last night Les told me that he was so glad that we were able to come down to see you and conner today. He wanted to give you a BIG HUG!!! for you 1st Mother's Day. He told me that he really felt that you needed that hug today since Randy is away so bravely defending our Country. Thank-you little brother for being there for all of us. I loved all the things you had the nurses do for Lori on Mother's Day.

I'm sitting here at the computer with tears rolling down my cheeks as I think of all those beautiful words you wrote to Connor on your First Mother's Day.

Lori- I Love you my sister, I'm very honored to call you MY SISTER.

Love Marsha

Oh Little Bug,

How I've thought and prayed for you so many times today. Do you know how special you are to so many people? As you lay there sleeping does Jesus whisper in your tiny little ears all the prayers and praises that we (your family of God) say for you? You have touched my life Connor Robertson in such a profound way. Your mommy has touched my heart with her beautiful love letters she writes to you and about you. How special it is that she shares her deepest feelings about you with all of us.

I pray little man that your doctors will see you and your health situation in a completely different light today. I pray that the Lord will give them wisdom that no medical book can fathom. I pray that today is your turning point-THAT THERE WILL BE ANSWERS and the right course of action will be set forth for healing for you.

Get well soon Little Bug!!!

Hi! I found your blog when I read the Emery's blog today. I will pray for your little bug throughout today. Your words that you wrote to Connor were absolutely beautiful and very touching. The love that flows through your heart for your little son is so evident. I will also pray for peace for you today and wisdom from the doctors.
Take Care,

Dear Lori,

How my heart hurts for you right now, and yet, it beats with pride to see the faithful and godly woman you are. I hope there will be a time for us to reconnect after all these years and give glory to God for all He has done in and through Connor's life. Know that Nate and I will be praying for Connor (and fasting for the rest of the day), and we will anxiously await the results. You are a brave, wonderful, and courageous woman.

All our love,

Jennie and Nate Poetzl

My prayers today have been that the doc's would come in with a freshness and no preconceived ideas and would all have divine and direct revelation fron God! Also that Connor would have the strength to with stand all the tests and everyone's pokes and prods, and that he would continue to be the fighter that he is! Also that the Lord would give Lori and Randy the strength to handle all that comes their way today and the wisdom as they continue this journey of healing. I have also prayed that there would be such an OVERWHELMING PEACE poured out upon them today. God, thankyou for all of your miracles today and touch all the other little ones out there that are suffering and the little guy we saw on the news last night that Lori has gotten to minister to with the flesh eating issue on his face!! Lord, we need you in a HUGE way today. I can know for certain that you do see all and know all and YOU are the great Physician!

Lori ~

We are in continual prayer and have been and will continue to pray especially hard today and tomorrow, until God brings answers to the doctors and to you. Since I wasn't able to fast today, because I didn't log on until late in the day, I will fast tomorrow and continue to lift Conner up to Jesus! I did want to say that I was in the hospital with Kidney stones last Thursday, and one of the medicines that they put into my IV to help control the pain, was Adivan. Of course the mere mention of the word sent me into prayer for Conner once again, and I wanted to let you know that the relief that that medicine brought to my body was so delightful in the middle of such pain, and all I could think of is Conner and how much relief it obviously must bring to his little body. What a warrior!!!!

I love you Lori!!!

Love,
Andrea

Randy and Lori,

What a wonderful call to prayer today for Connor. May your HOPE remain steadfast in Jesus. We prayed for your family at 1:30 this afternoon following the guidelines suggested by Maureen. May the Lord wrap you securely in His cocoon...which is His love, strength and a special dose of the Lord's presence.

Blessings to you today!

Wow! over 12,000 visitors to this blog site. There is a mighty mighty army praying today Lori! We prayed tonight as a family specifically that the doctors wouldn't have to guess anymore, that they we be able to find the answers and that there would be simple solutions and that you and Randy could bring Connor home sooner that had thought. God you are so faithful to us all. Jesus, touch this family in such a mighty way. Reveal yourself to them like never before, let them sense your prescence in the midst of all of this. Jesus, we know that you are a miracle working God and WE EXPECT miracles in little bug's life.
We love you three!
